Elder care for your dogs involves provision of adequate exercise in the form of walking etc. up to a tolerable distance, comprising of about 30 to 45 minutes. This depends on individual stamina, breed, age factor etc. However, the elder dogs with congestive heart failure or cardiac dilatation etc. need to be exercised under the direct care of a veterinarian.
