Dogs 'n' Laws
Certain specific laws apply to the purchasing and peddling of pooches. Laws in these areas grow even more stringent, so that potential buyer and seller is well advised to be aware of the laws pertaining to his transactions where dogs are concerned. In addition to the basic essentials the specifics as registered with the National Kennel Club, should be included i.e., the names and the registration numbers of the sire and dam, the litter registration number, address of all involved etc. A sales contract is in order, a written agreement outlining the various dimensions of the sale are also the prerequisites in dog sales.
